Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end merchandising from design development to production and dispatch.
Preparing production plans, costing sheets, BOMs, and delivery schedules.
Coordinating with designers, vendors, job workers, production, and warehouse teams.
Managing sampling, design approvals, production kits, and material requirements.
Monitoring production progress, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Handling vendor negotiations, costing, and production-related issues.
Maintaining production MIS, design records, and inventory tracking sheets.
Identifying production bottlenecks and ensuring timely resolution.
Supervising junior merchandisers and ensuring smooth workflow.





Required Skills
Robust knowledge of garment merchandising, production processes, fabrics, and costing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Solid vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple designs and production schedules.
Good problem-solving, planning, and team management skills.

Preferred: Experience in women’s ethnic wear manufacturing.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
