Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections of SS equipment and components.
Inspect fabrication, welding, machining, assembly and surface finish as per drawings and specifications.
Verify raw materials, MTCs and bought-out components.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, FAT reports, NCRs and quality records.
Conduct dimensional and functional checks of equipment before dispatch.
Support customer inspections and FAT activities.
Handle NCR, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments.
Support ISO 9001:2015 documentation, internal audits and QMS activities.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase and Stores to resolve quality issues.
Monitor and reduce rework, rejection and customer complaints.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
