A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for handling customers in a jewellery showroom, understanding their requirements, showcasing suitable jewellery, completing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. The role typically combines sales, customer service, product knowledge, follow-ups, and basic inventory/display responsibilities. GGems and Jewellery Skill Council+1
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and professionally assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand the customer's occasion, preferences, requirements, and budget.
Recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, gemstone, bridal, and other jewellery products.
Explain designs, gold purity, weight, making charges, pricing, gemstones, diamonds, and certifications clearly.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
Jewellery sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
