Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults, plumbing leaks, and A/C equipment issues.
Install, maintain, and replace electrical fixtures, water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, and A/C units.
Monitor the performance of HVAC systems and ensure optimal operation.
Attend maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital maintenance protocols.
Maintain maintenance records and report completed work to the supervisor.
Coordinate with other departments to complete maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.
