Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
Ensure proper table setup, cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide good customer service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Follow company standards for grooming, hygiene, service, and guest handling.
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and special events.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Steward / F&B; Service Associate / Waiter in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and service-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
