Job Title: Barista
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Industry: Luxury Hospitality / 5-Star Hotel
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages and other menu items.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and other bar equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and beverage quality.
Greet guests, take orders and provide warm, skilled service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and grooming standards at the beverage counter.
Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment of coffee, beverages and supplies.
Handle POS/billing transactions accurately, when required.
Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards and service procedures.
Assist in maintaining smooth operations during busy service periods.
Support the team in delivering an excellent guest experience.

Requirements




1–5 years of relevant Barista/F&B; experience.
Experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury café or premium restaurant preferred.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
Latte art and specialty coffee knowledge will be an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Well-groomed, presentable and guest-focused personality.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
