Abelha Private Limited makes solid wood furniture from hardwood timber in a fully equipped factory. No woodworking experience is needed; we will train you on our machines.
What you will do
Operate production machines according to established procedures
Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues
Load materials and handle finished products during the production process
Perform basic machine inspections and routine cleaning
Ensure products meet quality requirements and specifications
Maintain production records and complete necessary documentation
Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets
What we are looking for
ITI qualification from a recognized institute (Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred); 10th / 12th alone is not eligible
Basic understanding of manufacturing or machine operations
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn
Power tools or factory experience is an advantage; previous experience is not required
