Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining details with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Generate and share candidate profiles with clients.
Follow up on interview feedback and candidate status.
Manage offer, joining, and documentation follow-ups.
Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
