We are looking for active and responsible Team Members to support daily field operations at assigned railway stations and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily field operations and customer support.
Guide customers regarding available services through the MySathi app.
Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and team members.
Help ensure smooth service delivery at assigned locations.
Report daily activities and operational issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge.
Good communication and a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Willingness to work at assigned railway stations and locations.
Versatile working hours as per operational requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
