Handle customer queries and complaints related to machinery, products, installation, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with customers regarding machine details, pricing, product specifications, and business setup requirements.
Follow up with new and existing customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and purchases.
Coordinate machine demonstrations, customer visits, and factory/showroom visits whenever required.
Assist customers with order processing, billing documentation, payment follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
Coordinate with the technical and service teams to resolve machinery-related issues and customer complaints.
Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests and provide regular updates to customers.
Follow up with customers after machine delivery and installation to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, leads, orders, payments, machine deliveries, and service requests.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, technical, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth business operations.




Prepare and maintain daily customer follow-up reports, sales inquiry reports, and monthly performance reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide a positive customer experience.
Support the sales team in converting customer inquiries into confirmed orders through regular follow-ups.
Handle WhatsApp inquiries, phone calls, and customer communications professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
Positive phone-handling and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to manage customer follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience in customer support, sales coordination, or office administration is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
