Looking for a proactive and organised person to manage property listings and backend coordination for Rentividual, a rental community helping bachelors, students, working professionals and individuals find apartments, rooms and flatmates in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities Search Facebook groups and online platforms for available apartments, rooms and flatmate options. Contact property owners and existing flatmates via WhatsApp or calls to seek permission to list their available properties. Collect property details, including rent, deposit, location, occupancy and availability. Post approved listings on our WhatsApp community and relevant Facebook groups. Maintain and update daily records using Excel/Google Sheets. Follow up with owners and flatmates to confirm availability and keep listings updated. Handle day-to-day backend coordination and communication.



Requirements Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Valuable communication skills, especially over WhatsApp. Comfortable with online research and follow-ups. Organised, responsible and consistent with daily updates. Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Work Options Part-time: 4–5 hours per day. Full time: Open to suitable candidates. Compensation and work arrangement will be discussed based on experience and availability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
