Responsibilities
Contact assigned leads and introduce relevant educational programs.
Understand prospects' requirements and respond to queries professionally.
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status and follow-up dates.
Coordinate with the team leader to track progress against assigned targets.
Support the enrollment process and maintain proper documentation.
Follow approved scripts, communication guidelines and company policies.
Provide regular daily performance updates to the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
