Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for equipment servicing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical knowledge, positive problem-solving skills and be comfortable with extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair and service equipment at customer sites.
Monitor equipment and machinery performance.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance measures.
Handle customer service requests and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with clients, engineers and technicians for effective service delivery.
Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain secure operation to customers.
Perform quality and safety checks on equipment.




Guide and coordinate site/service engineers.
Monitor service-related inventory and material requirements.
Suggest product improvements based on customer requirements.
Travel across India for installation, service and customer support.

Required Skills
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
2–4 years of relevant Service/Field Engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering.
Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent customer communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle multiple service requests efficiently.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Immediate joining preferred.
