Job Summary

The Chef at Jhankar Haveli is responsible for preparing high-quality, authentic Rajasthani, Indian, and selected international vegetarian dishes while maintaining the culinary standards of a premium heritage hospitality property. The role involves ensuring excellent food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Quality: Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, à la carte dishes, and special meals according to the hotel's menu and recipes.
Menu Planning: Develop seasonal menus featuring authentic Rajasthani cuisine, Indian specialities, and selected international vegetarian dishes.
Food Presentation: Maintain high standards of taste, consistency, portion control, and presentation.
Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, coordinate food preparation, and ensure timely service.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness across the kitchen, follow food safety standards, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor kitchen inventory, check ingredient quality, minimise food wastage, and maintain food costs within approved budgets.




Guest Requirements: Accommodate guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special meal requests wherever possible.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the restaurant service team and hotel management to ensure smooth food service.
Supplier Coordination: Check the quality and freshness of incoming supplies and report purchasing requirements to management.
Guest Experience: Contribute to Jhankar Haveli's heritage dining experience through authentic flavours, consistent service, and memorable meals.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
