We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our Honda dealership. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, and ensuring a smooth buying experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and respond to sales enquiries through calls, online leads, and referrals.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain Honda car models, features, specifications, variants, accessories, and pricing.
Conduct and coordinate vehicle test drives for customers.
Prepare quotations and explain finance, insurance, exchange, and other available options.
Generate recent sales leads through follow-ups, referrals, telecalling, and local activities.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Used Car, Accessories, and Delivery teams.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/DMS.
Achieve monthly sales targets and other assigned performance targets.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of sales processes.




Provide excellent customer service before and after vehicle delivery.
Follow Honda dealership standards, sales processes, and company policies.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of cars and automobile products.
Ability to explain technical features in a simple manner.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Basic computer and CRM/DMS knowledge.

Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
Experience: 1–3 years in automobile sales, preferably passenger car sales.
Freshers: Candidates with good communication and a strong interest in automobile sales may also be considered.
Driving Licence: Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence preferred

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
