Job Summary

We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant – Hospitality to generate hotel business through travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients and other B2B travel partners. The role will involve regular calling, lead generation, follow-ups, sharing hotel rates and packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Call and connect with travel agents, tour operators and B2B travel partners.
Introduce and promote Yland Hotels, room categories, packages, offers and B2B rates.
Generate new B2B leads and develop relationships with travel partners.
Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations and pending bookings.
Understand client requirements for FIT, groups, corporate travel, weddings and events.
Coordinate with hotel teams for availability, rates and booking confirmations.
Maintain an updated database of travel agents and business contacts.
Record daily calls, enquiries, follow-ups and booking status.
Work towards achieving monthly booking and revenue targets.
Identify prospects to increase room nights and overall hotel revenue.




Maintain skilled relationships with existing travel partners and encourage repeat business.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, travel sales, telecalling or B2B sales preferred.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable speaking with travel agents and clients over the phone.
Basic knowledge of hotels, travel trade and B2B bookings will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

Location: As per business requirement
Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
