Order Dispatch and Customer Care Executive
Studio Covers | Ecotech 6, Kasna, Greater Noida (On-site, Full-time)

You’ll get every order packed, shipped and delivered on time, and you’ll be the first person customers speak to when they need help regarding their orders.

What you’ll do
Process Shopify and Myntra orders daily and prepare them for dispatch
Book shipments with courier partners and share tracking with customers
Follow up on delays, failed deliveries and returns
Keep dispatch sheets and order records accurate
Answer customer queries on WhatsApp, email and calls relating to their orders
Escalate complex issues with transparent notes

You should have
Shopify or Myntra experience preferred
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
Transparent, polite written and spoken English and Hindi
Solid attention to detail and a calm manner with customers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
