About the Role

AHZ Study Abroad is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our student support and lead engagement team. The role involves handling initial communication with prospective students, understanding their requirements, responding to student queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Attend and respond to student queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Make initial calls to leads and understand their study-abroad requirements, interests, and plans.
Provide accurate and relevant information about study-abroad opportunities and the services offered by AHZ Study Abroad.
Qualify leads and identify students with genuine interest and potential for further counselling.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely responses.
Update lead and student information accurately in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams for further follow-up and conversion.
Build positive relationships with students and provide skilled customer service.




Handle student concerns professionally and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
Maintain daily call records, follow-up updates, and other required reports.

Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with students and prospective customers over the phone.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple student queries and follow-ups efficiently.
Customer-focused, proactive, and positive in approach.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, student counselling, or education consultancy will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
