About the Role: We are hiring a Senior HR cum Soft Skills Trainer to join Ziro.digital, based at our KPHB office in Hyderabad. This is a full time, work-from-office role with 1 opening. The role is suited to candidates with 3+ years of experience, offering ₹2–5 LPA. Responsibilities: - Connect with company HRs to source job descriptions and placement prospects for our students. - Conduct Group Discussions and JAM sessions. - Run offline spoken English and interview-preparation classes. - Deliver mock interviews and soft-skills training for students. - Coordinate placement drives and partner activities. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in soft-skills / spoken-English training, or HR and placement. - Excellent English communication skills. - Proven experience conducting GD / JAM sessions. - Comfortable working from the KPHB, Hyderabad office.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
