Job Summary

Talent Guru Placement is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive B2B business development, client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
Identify and develop new client opportunities.
Build and maintain solid B2B client relationships.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Develop long-term client partnerships and expand existing accounts.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Track leads, client interactions, and sales activities through CRM/MIS.

What We're Looking For
2–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Key Account Management.
Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Consulting is preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and business closure.
Good understanding of B2B sales and client management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduate in any discipline.
