Job Title: Client Relationship Intern Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full time Internship Department: Client Relations About the Role We are looking for a confident, motivated, and communication-oriented Client Relationship Intern to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and explain our loan settlement and debt relief services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating over phone calls and building positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities - Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls. - Explain the company's services and assist clients with their initial queries. - Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities. - Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication. - Maintain client records, call logs, and follow-up status in Excel or CRM tools. - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client communication.



Requirements - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications. - Confidence in speaking with current people over the phone. - Positive command of English and Hindi; Kannada is an advantage. - Freshers are welcome to apply. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
