Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their enquiries, provide product information, handle orders, and ensure a positive shopping experience both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, qualified assistance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-store interactions.
Process customer orders, payments, exchanges, and returns.
Follow up on orders and coordinate with delivery teams when required.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and order information.
Assist with product displays, stock checking, and general store activities.
Maintain valuable knowledge of products, offers, prices, and promotions.
Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Follow company policies and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
