Sales & Distribution Executive – Fresh Mushrooms

Mycelis Farms is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Distribution Executive to manage the daily sales and distribution of fresh mushrooms. The candidate will be responsible for developing vendor relationships, securing regular orders, coordinating deliveries, and expanding our market presence across Cuttack and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
Visit local vegetable markets, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, and restaurants to generate sales.
Identify new customers and build long-term relationships with vendors.
Negotiate selling prices and secure regular orders for fresh mushrooms.
Coordinate daily transportation and delivery of mushrooms from the farm to the market.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain product freshness.
Manage daily sales records, stock movement, billing, and payment collection.
Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat orders.
Monitor unsold stock and minimize product wastage.
Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Experience in sales,



distribution, FMCG, vegetable trading, or fresh produce is preferred.
Knowledge of local vegetable markets in Cuttack and nearby areas is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
Willingness to make early-morning market visits.
A valid driving licence and access to a two-wheeler are preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary of ₹12,000–₹16,000, depending on experience.
