Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media & Brand Growth

About RA Coderz

RA Coderz is a software development company providing website development, mobile app development, and digital solutions to businesses. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to grow our social media presence, improve brand awareness, and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and publish engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
Manage and grow the company's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
Create attractive creatives, banners, promotional posts, and short-form videos.
Edit reels and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
Build RA Coderz's brand value and establish a strong presence in the digital market.
Research trending audio, hashtags, content formats, and competitor activities.
Promote our website, software development services, and business offerings.
Generate quality business leads through social media campaigns and content.
Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular performance reports.




Coordinate with the development and sales teams to create marketing content.
Assist with Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns when required.

Required Skills:
Practical experience in Instagram and Facebook marketing.
Positive understanding of reels, video editing, content creation, and social media trends.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools.
Strong creative thinking, communication, and planning skills.
Understanding of social media growth strategies, engagement, and lead generation.
Ability to work independently and deliver content consistently.

Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with robust practical skills and a good portfolio can also apply.

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Hybrid / In office, depending on company requirements.

Salary: ₹1,000–₹2,000 per week, depending on skills and experience.

Location: Dwarka , New Delhi.
