We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our textile shop. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable fabrics and garments, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Explain product features, fabric quality, designs, sizes, and prices.
Assist customers in selecting sarees, dress materials, garments, and other textile products.
Maintain product displays and keep the sales area clean and organized.
Check stock availability and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Support billing, packing, and other store operations when required.
Stay updated on new arrivals, offers,



and promotional activities.
Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
Previous experience in textile or retail sales is preferred.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
Willingness to work versatile retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
