Accurately input and update inventory data into the warehouse management system.
Verify and correct discrepancies in inventory records.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all data is correctly recorded.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and returns.
Generate and distribute reports related to inventory and shipments.
Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for data entry and inventory management.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions.
Coordinated with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies in inventory data.
Produced regular reports on order status and inventory levels.
Support the team with administrative duties and data management.
