Restaurant Incharge Responsibilities:
Assist in the hiring and training of current employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
Oversee both front and back of house operations.
Maintain high-quality food standards
Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, bar products, goods, packing and cleaning products.
Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits • Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff
Ensuring online orders are correctly done with packing and dispatching.




Ensuring the team follows all SOPs and checklist of the outlets.
Assisting in various report generation of the outlet.

Restaurant Incharge Requirements:
Must be able to speak and read English very well.
Experienced in restaurant industry more than 4yrs
High school diploma / Graduate.
Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
Proven ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Strong multi-tasking skills
The physical ability to remain standing for long periods
Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Strong managerial skills

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
