About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall product development lifecycle.

What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Build and integrate REST APIs and web services.
Develop backend solutions using Python/Django, Node.js, or Go.
Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Write clean, maintainable, and effective code following software design principles.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.




Use Git/GitHub workflows for version control and collaborative development.
Contribute to improving application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of professional experience in backend development.
Strong hands-on experience with Python/Django, Node.js, and/or Go (Golang).
Valuable understanding of REST APIs and web services.
Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub workflows.
Positive understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience participating in code reviews and collaborative development.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
