We are looking for an IT Procurement Executive/AM to manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, networking equipment, and other technology-related products and services. The role involves vendor management, price negotiation, purchase orders, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, networking equipment, accessories, and IT services.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and track them until delivery.
Coordinate with IT, Finance, Admin, and other departments for procurement requirements.
Maintain procurement records, vendor details, quotations, POs, invoices, and contracts.
Monitor IT inventory and ensure timely replenishment of required items.
Verify vendor invoices against POs and delivered materials.
Support vendor onboarding, documentation,



and periodic vendor performance reviews.
Ensure procurement follows company policies, budgets, and approval processes.
Prepare procurement reports and MIS as required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT procurement / technology procurement / purchase.
Valuable knowledge of IT products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, software, and licenses.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and timelines.

Pay: ₹18,611.69 - ₹35,000.00 per month
