Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the US recruitment process to meet hiring targets and requirements.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various technical positions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with US labor laws, visa classifications, and hiring models.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions
Provide weekly/monthly metrics on submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in US IT staffing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Robust understanding of US recruitment practices, job portals, and work authorizations and compliances
Proven track record in team management and client delivery.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, recruitment CRMs, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
