Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities and overall operations of a branch office. This role involves driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, developing and coaching a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Branch Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, adherence to compliance standards, and fostering solid community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch sales targets and objectives for various financial products and services.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and customer service professionals, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Monitor individual and team performance against sales goals, conducting regular performance reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers,



identifying their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate transaction processing, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
Actively participate in community events and local business development initiatives to enhance the branch's presence and reputation.
Handle customer complaints and complex inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Manage branch expenses and resources effectively to optimize profitability.
