Hiring for International Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
Provide professional support to customers across international markets.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues efficiently.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.
Freshers can apply; international BPO experience is an advantage.
