Hiring: Senior Accountant – NCLT & NCLAT

We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Accounts Professional with 5–10 years of experience and robust practical exposure to *NCLT and NCLAT is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Handle accounting and financial matters related to NCLT/NCLAT proceedings.
Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, reports and supporting documentation.
Assist with financial analysis, claims, records and documentation required for NCLT/NCLAT matters.
Coordinate with legal, finance and other professional teams for regulatory and tribunal-related requirements.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
Support insolvency, restructuring and related financial processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile:
5–10 years of relevant accounting experience.




Practical and hands-on experience with NCLT/NCLAT matters is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in insolvency, restructuring or corporate financial matters will be preferred.
Valuable command of MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
Ability to independently handle financial information and meet deadlines.
