The Legal Associate – IPR will be responsible for handling intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and design rights. The role involves advisory, drafting, filing, prosecution, and enforcement of IP rights, ensuring protection of the organization’s intellectual assets.

Key Responsibilities1. Intellectual Property Management
Handle trademark, copyright, patent, and design filings.
Conduct IP searches (trademark and patent availability).
Monitor and manage IP portfolio lifecycle (filings, renewals, oppositions).
Drafting & Documentation
Draft and review:
IP agreements (licensing, assignment, coexistence agreements)
Legal notices, cease & desist letters
Responses to examination reports
Assist in preparing legal opinions on IP matters.
Prosecution & Compliance
Manage IP filings with relevant authorities (Indian Trademark Office, etc.).




Handle objections, oppositions, and hearings.
Ensure compliance with:
IP Laws (Trademark Act, Copyright Act, Patent Act)
Regulatory and procedural requirements
Litigation & Dispute Support
Assist in IP litigation matters and enforcement actions.
Coordinate with counsels for court proceedings.
Support case preparation, documentation, and research.
Research & Advisory
Conduct legal research on IP laws and recent case laws.
Provide advisory support on IP strategy, risk mitigation, and protection.
Support clients/business in identifying IP risks and prospects.
Client / Stakeholder Management
Communicate with clients on case status and filings.
Maintain IP databases and records.
Ensure timely updates and reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
