Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager who will also drive sales and client relationships at Curio Casa. The role involves managing day-to-day store operations, handling walk-in clients, coordinating with architects and designers, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Handling
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
Present products (planters, sculptures, décor pieces) effectively
Convert inquiries into sales through solid communication and follow-ups
Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients
Architect & Designer Coordination
Connect and engage with architects, interior designers, and consultants
Assist them in product selection for their projects
Maintain a database of architects and ensure regular follow-ups
Support in closing high-value project-based sales
Store Management
Oversee overall store presentation and visual merchandising
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing
Manage stock display and coordinate with backend for inventory updates
Billing & Operations
Handle billing using the store’s software system
Generate invoices, quotations, and sales reports
Ensure accurate order processing and coordination for deliveries




Inventory & Coordination
Track stock levels and inform management about rapid-moving or low-stock items
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch and deliveries
Customer Experience
Ensure a premium and personalized experience for every customer
Handle queries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally

Key Skills Required
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of billing software / POS systems
Interest in interior design, décor, or luxury retail
Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience
2–5 years in retail sales / showroom management
Experience in luxury retail, home décor, furniture, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Prior experience dealing with architects/designers is highly preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
