ob Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and potential sales.
Explain diamond jewellery products, designs, offers, and order-related information to customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries professionally.
Follow up on website inquiries, abandoned carts, and pending orders, as assigned.
Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve assigned daily calling targets and performance goals.

Requirements
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Hindi speaking skills; basic English is an advantage.
Confidence in handling customer conversations over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
Positive attitude,



patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
