Position: Night Operations Supervisor

Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all night-shift courier operations.
Monitor pickup, sorting, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
Ensure shipments are processed and dispatched on time.
Coordinate with hub staff, drivers, delivery teams, and other departments.
Monitor shipment movement and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain proper records of shipments, dispatches, and night operations.
Ensure proper handling and security of parcels.
Manage and allocate night-shift staff and work responsibilities.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and shift performance.
Coordinate with the management regarding delays,



operational issues, and urgent matters.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
Prepare and submit daily night-operation reports to management.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the courier / logistics industry.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
Robust knowledge of courier operations, sorting, dispatch, and shipment handling.
Positive team-management and communication skills.
Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.
Willingness to work during night hours.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
