We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Sales for our Kolhapur location. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, developing business relationships, meeting industrial customers, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to industries.
Meet business owners and key decision-makers.
Identify current sales opportunities and generate leads.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.




Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Submit regular field visit and sales reports.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Outdoor Sales.
Candidates with experience in local industrial sales will be preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Freshers interested in sales may also be considered.
