Billing Operations: Prepare accurate bills for outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IP) services, including room rent, tests, and medicines.
Payment Processing: Accept cash, card, or digital payments and issue receipts.
Insurance Claims: Prepare and submit insurance documents. Track claim status and handle rejections.
Patient Support: Answer billing questions from patients and explain charges clearly.
Record Keeping: Maintain daily cash registers, admission records, and payment logs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of work experience in a hospital or healthcare front office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
