Commi Chef – South Indian, North Indian & Continental

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commi Chef with experience in South Indian, North Indian, and Continental cuisines to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Follow kitchen SOPs and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Assist in stock management and minimize food wastage.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a qualified kitchen.
Basic knowledge of cuisine you are applying is required.
Positive understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for cooking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
