Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing and engineering requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, consultants, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Follow up with candidates regarding feedback, salary negotiations, and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
