MONANI DRYFRUITS — BACKEND OPERATIONS & STOCK COORDINATOR

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Role:
Take ownership of the complete backend stock flow, from receiving and packaging to labelling, stock transfer and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:
Manage inward stock and verify quantities.
Coordinate repacking and packaging of products.
Ensure correct labelling, weights and product details.
Manage backend → shop-floor stock transfers.
Ensure timely replenishment of retail shelves.
Conduct regular physical stock taking.
Reconcile physical stock with system records.
Track shortages, wastage and discrepancies.
Maintain organised SKU-wise inventory.
Coordinate with sales, purchase and accounts teams.

Requirements:
12th pass / Graduate.




2–5 years' experience in inventory/retail/FMCG/warehouse preferred.
Positive Excel and computer skills.
Robust numerical and organisational skills.
Should be capable of independently managing backend operations.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000+, based on experience and capability.

Timing: 9pm to 5pm

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:
Gujarati (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
