We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, managing the admissions process, and mentoring a team of counsellors to maximize enrollments. This role requires a solid understanding of academic counseling, sales, and student engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students, understand their career goals, and provide guidance on cybersecurity courses.
Admissions Management: Oversee the student enrollment process, ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation.
Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior academic counsellors to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
Sales & Conversions: Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
Follow-ups & Engagement:



Maintain strong relationships with potential students through regular follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Data Management: Maintain and update student databases, track inquiries, and generate reports on counseling performance
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and job market demands to provide relevant course recommendations.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
