Handle vehicle insurance-related enquiries and customer requirements.
Coordinate with customers for recent insurance policies and renewals.
Generate insurance leads from current and existing customers.
Explain insurance plans, coverage, premiums, and renewal options.
Follow up with customers for insurance renewals and policy conversions.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy processing, and documentation.
Maintain accurate customer and insurance records in DMS/CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments for insurance requirements.
Ensure timely completion of insurance-related documentation.
Achieve monthly insurance targets and contribute to dealership performance.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
