Job Title: IT Technician
Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 days a week)
Shift Timing: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Experience: Experience with VC Dialer is mandatory/preferred

Job Summary

Drishna Infotech is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Technician to manage day-to-day technical operations, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and VC Dialer systems.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Manage and monitor VC Dialer operations and resolve technical issues related to the dialer.
Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain system updates, backups, and basic IT security.
Monitor internet connectivity, LAN, headsets, and other office equipment.
Identify and resolve technical problems promptly.
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs,



and technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.
Hands-on experience with VC Dialer.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage technical issues efficiently.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary & Working Schedule
Monthly Salary: ₹12,000
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 5.5 days per week
