About Sestra

Sestra is a women’s nightwear D2C brand focused on comfort, freedom, and thoughtfully designed nightwear.

Role & Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for Instagram, product content, and brand campaigns.
Independently edit Reels, social media content, and performance marketing ads for Instagram and Facebook.
Create engaging ad creatives with robust hooks, product storytelling, and CTAs.
Have basic graphic design skills to create posts, carousels, Stories, and promotional creatives.
Use AI tools to speed up editing and improve creative workflows.
Understand Instagram, D2C brands, and the difference between content for engagement and content that drives sales.




Stay updated on relevant content formats and bring fresh creative ideas to the brand.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in video shooting, editing, and photography.
Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or equivalent.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
A valuable visual eye, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to independently take content from concept to final output.
