Job Title: Cafe Chef / Cafe Cook

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cafe Chef to prepare delicious food and beverages while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, presentation, and quality. The candidate should be capable of preparing a variety of cafe menu items and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cafe menu items such as sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, fries, wraps, and snacks.
Prepare beverages such as milkshakes, mojitos, smoothies, cold coffee, and other specialty drinks, depending on the menu.
Maintain consistent taste, food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Monitor ingredient stock, freshness, and food storage.
Minimize food wastage and follow food safety practices.




Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain it properly.
Assist in menu development and introduce recent food items.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely order preparation.

Required Skills:
Experience in cafe cooking and food preparation.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to prepare food quickly without compromising quality.
Basic inventory management and ingredient handling.
Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant culinary training may also apply.

Job Type: Full time

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Work Location: Villupuram

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
