Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Email, Phone, Instagram & Social Media Resolve concerns related to orders, payments, delivery, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds & sizing Manage daily website orders and coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams Track delayed/stuck shipments and coordinate with courier partners Process returns, exchanges and refund-related queries Handle customer issues across Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart & other marketplaces Provide product recommendations, size guidance & styling assistance Maintain a friendly,



professional and empathetic communication style Prepare daily customer support and operations reports Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills Valuable knowledge of Shopify & e-commerce order management Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM & ticketing systems Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets Ability to multitask in a fast-paced e-commerce environment Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience in Fashion, Apparel, D2C brands or Marketplaces.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
