Job Summary

Responsible for supervising security operations, preventing theft and pilferage, ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and company assets, and maintaining security standards across the hypermarket.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise security personnel and manage duty rosters and attendance.
Monitor CCTV, access control, and entry/exit points.
Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized movement of goods.
Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
Handle security incidents and prepare incident reports.
Ensure fire safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills
2 years experience in security supervision
HSC/ Any Degree
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Age limit -45

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
