Roles and Responsibilities
Service Operations Management – Manage daily workshop activities and ensure smooth service operations.
Customer Satisfaction – Handle customer complaints, service issues, and escalations professionally.
Team Management – Supervise service advisors, technicians, workshop staff, and support employees.
Workshop Performance – Monitor vehicle service, repair quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
Revenue Generation – Achieve service revenue, labour sales, spare parts sales, and upselling targets.
Customer Relationship Management – Improve customer retention, repeat visits, and customer satisfaction scores.
Quality Control – Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality, and final vehicle inspection before delivery.
Warranty Management – Monitor warranty claims, goodwill requests, and manufacturer policies.
Spare Parts Coordination – Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of spare parts.




Cost and Profitability Control – Monitor workshop expenses, manpower costs, and service department profitability.
Reports and MIS – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Safety and Compliance – Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company standards.
Manufacturer Coordination – Follow OEM guidelines, service campaigns, technical updates, and audit requirements.
Training and Development – Train staff on technical knowledge, customer handling, and service processes.
Target Achievement – Achieve service targets for labour revenue, customer satisfaction, productivity, and service retention.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
